The entire program has been designed on the basis of a unique “experiential learning” methodology which focuses on developing skills and competencies through exposure to real business solutions.
The program is aimed at those who wishes to ace and uses them to manufacture their profession, could be identified with Marketing, Finance, HR or a bit of everything. In addition to enhancing successful students’ career prospects, the course aims to encourage independent and creative thinkers.
The entire program has been designed to deliver the courseware in 2 Academic Years of Four Semesters. Each Semester will be spread over a period of Six months. The Courses to be covered during Semester One, Semester Two and Semester Four will be common to all students, irrespective of their functional specialization. All Students complete 21 taught modules (16 Compulsory Core Modules and 5 Specialization Modules).
The core modules are designed to expose participants to state of the art thinking in the key management disciplines and provide opportunity throughout to apply theory to real life management situations.
